Have you been running round in circles trying to figure out how to only view archived Gmail messages? You know…the ones that you have not applied any custom labels to but have used the archive option to remove them from your inbox. I know that Google says “why delete?” when you have so much space available to you, even on the free service, but what’s the point in keeping stuff that you are never going to look at again just for the sake of it.
The “All Mail” option in Gmail of course allows you to view archived Gmail messages, but it also includes all messages with tags as well. So how do you go about mass deleting your archived Gmail messages if they are mixed up with the legitimate emails you want to keep?
